Do you know what exactly is the best time to post on social media?

Did you ever think why your posts on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media networks aren’t working?

There might be several reasons and one among them could be wrong posting time.

Yes, Start Blog 123 posted an infographic that’s really interesting. They did a nice work by making your life easy. You now know what is the most suitable time to post on Facebook and what is the worst time to tweet.

Best Time to Post on Facebook

An average of 3 posts a day between 1 PM to 4 PM work best. Posts with 1 to 2 hashtags outperform posts with more hashtags. The best day to post is between Wednesdays and Friday while weekends tend to be worst days.

Best Time to Post on Twitter

Best time of the day to post on your Twitter account is between 12 PM and 6 PM. Anything after 8 PM will be a disaster.

The best days for tweeting are Monday to Friday (for businesses) and weekends along with Wednesday for non-businesses. Posts with at least one hashtag perform better than posts without hashtags.

Best Time to Post on LinkedIn

You can post an average of 2 posts a day on LinkedIn between Tuesday and Thursday. The optimal time for posting is between 10 AM and 6 PM.

Interestingly Monday and Friday are said to be the worst days for posting.

Best Time to Post on Google Plus

Best posting time for Google Plus happens to be between 9 AM to 11 AM. Monday to Thursday are the best posting days and the optimal number of posts a day stands at three.

Though it is a nice and extremely useful data-driven infographic but the source of information is missing. I am not sure how they have collected this data. The only argument that I see is that the best time to post on social media is when people are bored at work.

If their analysis, data, and statistics are based on this very argument, a lot of people and experts might disagree.

But it is an interesting finding and it makes sense too.
